Grant Conditions
 
General Conditions

1. The Grantee will use the whole of the Grant exclusively for the ministry project as described in the application and not for any other purpose.

2. The Grantee will promptly advise the Foundation in any of the following circumstances:-

a. material changes that may affect their ability to undertake or complete the ministry project on time or within budget.

b. material changes to the overall aims and objectives of the ministry project.

3. The Grantee shall assist the Foundation in any on site review of a ministry project if requested.

4. 5. The Grantee will acknowledge receipt of all grants in writing and within 30 days. For overseas recipients only, this can be via email.

6. The Grantee will record grants in its books in such a way as to enable the use of funds to be identified with the specific ministry project.

7. The Grantee will obtain the Foundation’s prior approval to any acknowledgement in any published or display material.

 
 
Specific Reporting

1. The Grantee will provide the Foundation with a report at 31st December each year (to be received by 31st January) or at the completion of the project. Each report shall be in the following two parts.

a.  A progress report – one and a half A4 pages maximum.
This is to include a brief description of the progress of the ministry project, a summary of difficulties experienced and how they were addressed and conclude with an evaluative comment as to how it has contributed to the development of the wider Christian kingdom.
b.  A financial report
This shall include the most recent annual financial statement of the organisation and separately (if applicable), income and expenditure relating to the ministry project.

2. Photographs, where appropriate, may be included or supplemented to the above reports.

NOTE on financial reports: The Foundation does not expect Grantees to generate special reports for these to fit in with the calendar year. As a starting point we would like copies of reports that your existing accounting procedures generates but reserve the right to ask for additional information if clarity is needed.
